All Returns, Exchanges or Discrepancies must be reported to HPB in 7 business days from the date of delivery. You must notify Healthy Place Botanicals via e-mail([email protected]) within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery and complete the refund instructions provided to you at the time. All refund requests received after this time period are not eligible fora refund.

Products must be returned unused and unopened as when received, and you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned. There is a restocking fee of 15% for all products returned. For a qualifying return of the product, any refund due will be remitted to the purchaser via the method of payment for the full amount of the purchase price paid at the time of the original transaction, less any applicable restocking and shipping & handling fees. 

To issue any refund, Healthy Place Botanicals will use the contact information provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Once a refund is determined to be due, customers should allow up to 15 business days to process a return, and this includes the time required to receive the package, processing, and inspection time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to Healthy Place Botanicals, or undelivered by our carrier.
